摘要
本文报道了一种新型的具有表面复合层结构的煤气远红外多孔陶瓷板.这种多孔陶瓷板由厚的基础层(~96vol%)和薄的表面复合层(~4vol%)上下两层构成.其中基板层具有低的热膨胀系数以及较高的机械强度,而表面复合层具有高的远红外辐射率以及与基板层能良好匹配的热膨胀系数.这种新型的远红外多孔陶瓷板的成型方法不同于现行的制造方法如热压铸法等.研究表明,由于采用了表面复合层结构,全面地提高了多孔陶瓷板的多种主要性能如力学、热学及远红外辐射性能等,并且显著地降低了制造成本.
A new infrared radiation porous ceramic plate with two layers used on gas stoves has been reported. The lower layer as a main body of the plate is thick (~96 vol%)and its coefficient of thermal expension is lower. And the upper layer in thin (~4vol%) and its infrared radiancy is higher. The plates shapping is different from current methods, for example hot pressure casting. At the same time, the properties of the plate were studied. The results showed that most main properties, for examples mechanic, thermal and infrared radiation properties were improved and the cost of the plate was obviously lowered.
