摘要
为了提高钢材的综合力学性能,采用热处理软件COSMAP对槽钢的轧后控冷进行了数值模拟。结果表明:当冷却速度控制在10℃/s左右时,其控冷后的力学性能得到明显提高。结果能为进一步优化热处理工艺提供理论依据。
In order to improve the comprehensive mechanical properties of the steel, the controlled cooling of U-steel after rolling was simulated by using the heat treatment software COSMAP. The results show that: when the cooling rate is controlled at about 10℃/s, the mechanical properties of controlled cooling are obviously improved. The results can provide a theoretical basis for the further optimization of heat treatment process.
