摘要
K584Ch是我国从乌克兰科学院巴顿焊接研究所引进的首套管道闪光焊机。本文从机械系统、控制系统和焊接工艺三个方面对K584Ch焊机进行介绍，该闪光焊机可焊接直径范围114～325mm的管道，焊接质量好，焊接效率高，在油气输送、石油化工、电力和海洋工程等领域具有广泛应用前景。
K584Ch is the first set of pipeline flash butt welding machine from E.O. Paton Electric Welding Institute of NAS of Ukraine. The mechanical system, control system and welding process of K584Ch machine were represented. K584Ch can weld metal pipeline of diameter from 114 mm to 325 mm with good welding quality and high welding efficiency. Therefore, K584Ch machinerine engineering and other fields has wide application prospects in oil/gas transportation, petrochemical industry and electricity and ocean engineering.
