摘要
焊接混沌性可以反映焊接过程稳定性,进而可以评价焊接质量。近似熵是混沌判据之一,可以定量描述非线性系统中时间序列复杂度。本文采用控制变量的方法,分别改变焊接电流和焊接电压,对不同参数下的GMAW过程的混沌特性进行研究。通过对GMAW电信号时间序列近似熵的计算,发现GMAW过程具有混沌特性;对不同参数下GMAW的混沌特性进行对比,证实了近似熵可以作为GMAW过程焊接稳定性的评判标准。
Welding chaos can reflect the welding process stability and evaluate the quality of welding. Approximate entropy is one of the criterions of chaos theory, which can quantitatively describe the nonlinear time series complexity in the system. The method for controling variable was adopted, the welding current and welding voltage change respectively. The chaotic characteristics of GMAW process under different parameters were studied. By electrical signal time series of the approximate entropy of GMAW calculation, it can be found that the GMAW has chaotic characteristics. The chaotic characteristics of the GMAW under different parameters was compared, which can confirm that the approximate entropy can be used as GMAW welding process stability criteria.
