摘要
依据管道工程实际要求,对国产自动焊装备进行了针对性地升级研究,并装配于管道局各工程公司机组,成功地应用于西气东输三线管道工程的焊接施工中。工程应用表明,升级后的国产自动焊装备整体性能得到有效提升、焊接效率高、环境适应能力强、相互间匹配性好,日平均焊接60道口以上,一次焊接合格率≥98%。同时,可有效降低焊工的劳动强度、减小人为因素对焊接质量的影响、降低施工成本。
The domestic automatic welding equipment was upgraded on the basis of pipeline engineering requirements, which is assembled in the engineering unit for pipeline bureau. Then the equipment was applied in the 3rd west-east gas pipeline project. The successfully application could lead domestic automatic welding equipment to a new chapter of widely used in pipeline construction. The engineering application indicates that the overall performance, welding efficiency, environment adaptability and the mutual matching of welding for upgrading domestic automatic welding equipment can be effectively improved. And it can achieve average welding 60 crossing above perday, then a welding qualified rate is greater than 98%. At the same time, it can reduce the labor intensity effectively, human factors on welding quality and the construction cost.
