焊接线能量对T122钢焊缝组织及硬度的影响 被引量:2

摘要 采用钨极氩弧焊工艺在不同焊接工艺参数下对T122钢进行了焊接,并对焊接接头进行了焊后热处理,热处理温度为760℃、恒温时间为1 h,对热处理后的焊缝进行了微观组织观察及显微硬度测试,并对δ铁素体的含量进行了测定。结果表明:焊接电流选择100 A,焊缝中δ铁素体含量低于5%,焊缝及热影响区硬度满足标准要求。 T122 steel was welded by using gas tungsten arc welding under different welding parameters and the postweld heat treatment of welded joint was implemented at 760℃ ,lb. The microstructure and microhardness of the welded joint were studied, including the content determination of δ-ferrite. The results show that the content determination of δ-ferrite is less than 5% as well as hardness of welded joint and the heat affected zone can satisfy the requirements of standard under welding current of 100A.
