摘要
YCJ590是一种自行研制的、熔敷金属抗拉强度≥540 MPa的CO2气保护药芯焊丝。本文通过系列低温冲击试验研究了在0^-60℃范围内该焊丝熔敷金属韧性的变化规律。试验结果显示,YCJ590是一种低温韧性非常好的高强度焊丝,在-60℃其熔敷金属的平均冲击功仍可达131 J,而且冲击功从0℃到-60℃变化平缓。金相分析表明,该焊丝熔敷金属的组织为针状铁素体+细珠光体,因而使其具有良好的强韧性。
YCJ590 is CO2 gas-shielded flux-core wire, in which the tensile strength of deposited metal is higher than 540 MPa. With the help of series low temperature impact tests, the change rule of toughness of the deposited metal within 0-60℃ was studied. The results show that YCJ590 is a high strength wire which has good low temperature toughness. Its impact work still reaches 131J at -60 ℃, and the impact work changes smoothly from 0 ℃ to -60 ℃. The metallographic results show that the microstructure of deposited metal of the wire is acicular ferrite and fine pearlite, so a high strength and toughness can be obtained by deposited metal.
