摘要
采用脉冲激光微焊接实现了0.3 mm厚镀镍钢片的对接焊,研究了焊接接头的组织形貌特征及力学性能。结果表明,镀镍钢片表面镀镍层对激光反射作用较大,直接用激光对焊镀镍钢片薄板不能得到成形良好的焊缝;磨去金属表面镀镍层后施焊,焊缝成形质量显著提高。焊接接头由热影响区的晶粒细化区、焊缝区的少量马氏体、细化的铁素体及部分残余奥氏体组成。焊接接头的抗拉强度和显微硬度均高于母材。
The butt welding with 0.3 mm thick nickel-plated steel sheet was carried out using low power impulse laser and the microstructure and mechanical property of the welded joint were studied. The results show that the nickel layer on the nickel-plated steel sheet has larger effects on the laser reflection and the good weld seam cannot be gotten by direct welding. The polished away the nickel layer by sand paper before welding can improve the welding quality. The micro-laser welded joint of nickel-plated steel have fine grained region in HAZ, little martensite and fine grained ferrite and retained austenite in the welded seam. The tensile strength and hardness of the welded joint are higher than that of the base metal.
