前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正观察 被引量:2

Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis for the treatment of corneal grinding with refractive error after corneal transplantation in clinical observation

摘要 目的探讨应用前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术(SBK)治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正的疗效。方法于2011年10月至2012年10月在南昌新视界眼科医院应用前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正患者17例(17只眼)。结果术后随访期间,全部角膜植片保持透明;术后6个月最佳矫正视力≥术前者16只眼,占总眼数94.1%;而最佳矫正视力下降1行的1只眼,占总眼数的5.9%;未观察到术后最佳矫正视力较术前下降2行以上的病例。结论应用前弹力层下激光角膜磨镶术治疗角膜移植术后屈光不正是安全有效的方法,可为解决角膜移植术后高度屈光不正问题带来希望。 Objective To explore the application of elasti Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis refractive error after grinding with treatment of corneal transplantation. Methods Seventeen cases (17 eyes) re- ceived Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis for the treatment of corneal grinding with refractive error after corneal transplantation. Results All the corneal graft remained transparency during the postoperative follow-up period. The postoperative best corrected visual acuity was higher than or equal to 6 months before on 16 eyes, accounted for 97.3% of the total number of eye. The postoperative best corrected vision lost 1 row in 1 eye, accounted for 2.7%, and no 2 rows decreased were seen in all other cases. Conclusions Sub-Bowman-Keratomileusis corneal refractive errors correction after grinding with treatment of corneal transplantation is safe and effective method. It solves the problem of high refractive errors after corneal transplantation.
