摘要
采用红外光谱仪研究了YBa_2Cu_(3-x)M_xO_(7-(?))(M=Zn^(2+),Co^(3+)氧化物陶瓷的红外振动吸收光谱.在YBa_2Cu_(3-x)M_xO_(7-(?))中,随Zn取代Cu的增加。590cm^(-1)波段的振动吸收峰增强;随Co取代Cu的增加,640~670cm^(-1)波段处的振动吸收峰增强,因此确认590cm^(-1)与640~670cm^(-1)波段处的振动吸收峰分别为由Cu(2)-O与Cu(1)-O键的伸缩振动引起的.结合YBa_2Cu_(3-x)M_xO_(7-(?))的晶体结构与Cu-O键的力常数,进一步确定为Cu(2)-O(2,3)与Cu-O(4)键的伸缩振动.
YBa_2Cu_(3-x)M_xO_(7-δ)(M = Zn^(2+), Co^(3+)) oxide ceramics were examined by IR spectra. The absorption band at 590cm^(-1) increases with increasing substitution of Zn^(2+)for Cu^(2+)in YBa_2Cu_(3-x)M_xO_(7-δ), while the absorption band at 640 to 670cm^(-1) increases with increasing substitution of Co^(3+)for Cu^(2+)in YBa_2Cu_(3-x)M_xO_(7-δ). Therefore, they can be assigned to the streching vibration of Cu(2)-O and Cu(1)-O bonds respectively. According to the crystal strucrure of YBa_2Cu_(3-x)M_xO_(7-δ) and the force constants of Cu-O bonds, they can further assigned to Cu(2)-O(2,3) and Cu(1)-O(4) bonds.
