摘要
IBD是病因尚不明确的肠道非特异性炎性疾病。遗传、饮食、肠道共生菌、黏膜屏障功能、固有和适应性免疫等因素均与其发病有着不同程度的联系。胃肠道是人体最大的细菌聚集地,有数量超过1×10^4的细菌,是人体全身细胞数的10倍。有研究提示IBD患者的微生物菌群和健康者存在差异,但目前尚未发现确切的致病菌种。临床上通过使用益生菌和益生元调节肠道菌群的组成进而改善疾病的严重程度,这已成为IBD的重要辅助疗法。
