ALDH与恶性肿瘤干细胞相关研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 乙醛脱氢酶(aldehyde dehydrogenase,ALDH)是人体内重要的氧化酶之一,主要参与细胞内醛类物质的氧化代谢过程。近年的研究表明:ALDH活性可作为多种恶性肿瘤理想的肿瘤干细胞标记物,而且ALDH在肿瘤干细胞的调控机制中具有重要作用。因此,深入探究不同ALDH亚型在各种肿瘤干细胞中所扮演的重要角色,不但可以为揭示肿瘤的发病机制奠定基础,还将为肿瘤的分子诊断、预后判断及分子靶向治疗提供新的思路。本文就ALDH家族在肿瘤干细胞中的相关研究进展进行系统阐述。
