胆道梗阻的动物模型成模方法及研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 胆道梗阻性疾病一直是小儿外科领域的常见及难治性疾病,在临床上我们最常见的即为胆道闭锁及胆汁淤积。鉴于疾病病因的不明确性及复杂性,使得临床研究受到极大的限制,人们一直以来也在尝试建立各种动物模型来模拟这些疾病以期望突破临床实验上的障碍,取得病因研究和治疗上的进一步突破。现将近年来两种动物模型的研究综述如下。
