摘要
本文对Ba-La-Cu-O中Ba_3La_3Cu_6O_(14+δ)相(336相),Ba_2La(LaCe)_(31-x)Ce_xCu_3O_(7-δ)中Ba_3(LaCe)_3Cu_6O_(14+δ)相(336相)进行了研究,用Sr部分取代Ba-La-Cu-O中的Ba,当Sr/Ba<80%时,体系发生336相到123相的转变.
In Ba-La-Cu-O system, Ba_3La_3Cu_6O_(14+δ) phase was prepared. When Ba is partly substituted by Sr, there is a transformation from (BaSr)_3LaCu_3O_(7-δ) phase to (BaSr)_2La_3Cu_6O_(14+δ) phase. In Ba_2La_(1-x)Ce_xCu_3 O_(7-δ) system,. Ba_3(LaCe)_3Cu_6O_(14+δ) phase gradually decreases, at the same time, X gradually increases.
