摘要 采用客观的国际体力活动调查问卷,调查镇江市京口区三所小学学生体力活动状况,分析和比较学习日和周末小学生体力活动的类型特点以及其与身体形态的关系,同时分析造成纵向差异的原因。并对小学生体力活动类型特点进行分析。 Using the objective international physical activity questionnaire, this paper investigates the pupils＇ physical activity in three primary schools in Jingkou District, Zhenjiang city, analyzes and compares the characteristics between their learning days and weekends, as well as the relationship between the characteristics and the body shape, analyzes the reasons of vertical differentiation and the pupils＇ physical activity characteristics.
