摘要
本文建立了SiC(W)—TZP复合材料电泳沉积动力学模型,提出了ZrO_2—SiC(W)在无水Al_2O_3溶胶中的胶团结构并给出了测定晶须ζ电位的新方法.研究表明:动力学模型与实际情况相符,利用电泳沉积成型制备出晶须在基质中均匀分布的SiC(W)—TZP坯体.
Kinetic model of electrophoretic deposition for SiC(W)-TZP composites in Al_2O_3 non aqueous sol slurry was established. The imaginary colloid group of SiC whisker and TZP powder in the slurry and new method of measuring zeta-potential were suggested. The experimental results illustrated the good agreement with the theoritical prediction. The uniform SiC(W)-TZP composites articles formed by electrophoretic deposition have been prepared.
