重复经颅磁刺激治疗帕金森病 被引量:4

摘要 经颅磁刺激( transcranial magnetic stimulation , TMS)是1985年Barker等[1]首先创立的一种非侵入技术,其通过磁场诱导周围介质产生电流而兴奋神经组织,并由此调节神经活动[2]。重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation ,rTMS)是在TMS 基础上发展起来的新型神经电生理技术,不仅应用于临床疾病的诊断,也可应用于治疗。帕金森病(Parkinson’s disease,PD)是中枢神经系统最常见的变性疾病之一,其药物治疗作用随着病程进展疗效逐渐减退,同时部分患者对多巴胺替代治疗不能耐受[3]。作为一种无痛、无创、操作简便和安全可靠的脑刺激手段,rTMS正逐渐广泛应用于PD的临床治疗。
