摘要
J型铺设是目前最适合于深水管道铺设的作业方式,但我国在深水J型铺设装备研究方面刚刚起步。对管领进行了多凸肩结构承载设计方法研究,建立了双凸肩管领结构承载模式的有限元模型,分析了管领凸肩与夹具的间隙以及管领壁厚对载荷传递分配机制的影响。管领凸肩与夹具的间隙是影响载荷分配和传递的重要因素,间隙不同,等效应力和接触应力分布变化显著,实际工程应用中必须控制间隙大小。管领壁厚增加有利于改善应力分布,但壁厚减小并不会使等效应力和接触应力发生显著变化,因此在满足结构强度要求的基础上,可通过多凸肩设计承担载荷,减小管壁厚度。
J-lay installation is the state of the art cur- rently and most suitable method for deep water pipe laying, while the research on J-lay equipment for deep water pipe laying has just started in our coun- try. The study focuses on the load sharing design method for J-lay collar with multiple rims, establi- shes the finite element model of J-lay collar with two-rims, and analyzes the influence of the gap be- tween collar rims and clamps and the overall wall thickness of collar on the load transfer and distribu- tion mechanism. The results indicate that the gap between collar rims and clamps has the essential effect on load transfer and sharing, the different gap would cause notable significant change of the equiva- lent stress and contact stress distribution, so that the gap should be controlled for engineering application. The increase of wall thickness of the collar can im- prove the stress distribution but its decrease causes no significant change of the equivalent and contact stress distribution, therefore the overall wall thickness of a collar can be reduced according to the multi- rim design and based on the strength criterion.
