摘要
目的 探讨抗逆转录病毒治疗对中国HIV感染者IL-7/IL-7R的影响.方法 选取HIV感染者35例,健康对照者30例.对HIV感染组治疗前、治疗1年后及健康对照组血浆IL-7水平、CD4+、CD8+T细胞上IL-7R(CD127)的表达、CD4+T细胞数量进行分析比较.结果 中国HIV感染者治疗前血浆IL-7水平[(8.98±3.77) pg/ml]较健康人群[(3.84±0.86)pg/ml]升高(P<0.05),CD4+T细胞[(202.65±121.54)个/μl]、CD4+ CD127+T细胞[(60.25±11.75)%)]及CD8+CD127+T细胞[(46.27±12.10)%]则较健康人群[(766.99±103.21)个/μl、(76.89 ±20.01)%、(81.27±12.35)%]下降(P<0.05).抗逆转录病毒治疗(ART)治疗后血浆IL-7水平[(5.55±1.35) pg/ml]较治疗前下降(P<0.05),CD4+T细胞[(450.58 ±152.85)个/μl]、CD4+ CD127+T细胞[(69.82±15.24)%]及CD8+ CD127+T细胞[(59.23±14.73)%]较治疗前升高(P<0.05),但仍未能达到健康对照组水平(P<0.05).结论 ART可以使HIV感染者血浆IL-7水平及T淋巴细胞上CD127表达较治疗前恢复,但仍不能达到健康人群水平.
Objective To explore the effect of anti-retroviral therapy on interleukin(IL)-7/IL-7R in human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) infected patients in China. Methods Cases were divided into 2 groups: HIV-infected group (35 cases), and control group (30 cases). IL-7 in serum, IL-7R(CD127)expression in CD4+T cells, and CD4 +T cells count were detecfed and compared between two groups before and after treatment for 1 year. Results IL-7 level in theserum of HIV infected group before treatment [ (8. 98±3.77)pg/ml] was significantly higher than that in control group [ 13.84 ±0. 86)pg/ml] ( P 〈0. 05). The counts of CD4+ T cells [ (202. 65 ± 121.54)/ul ], CD4+ CD127 + T cells [ (60. 25 ± 11.75 ) % ], and CD8 + CD127+ T cells [ (46. 27 ±12. 10) % ] in HIV-infected group were significantly lower than those in control group [ (766. 99± 103.21 )/L, (76. 89 ± 20.01 )%, ( 81.27 ±12. 35 ) %] ( P 〈 0. 05 ). After anti-retroviral therapy (ART), IL-7 level in the serum of HIV-infeeted group [ (5.55 ± 1.35 )pg/ml ] was decreased, and CD4+T ceUs[ (450. 58 ± 15)/ul], CD4 + CD127 +T cells [ (69. 82± 15.24)% ], and [ CD8+ CD127+ T(59. 23 ± 14.73 )% ] cells was increased in HIV-infected group, with a significant difference between two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions ART could improve the IL-7 level in the serum and IL-7R(CD127) expression in CD4+ T cells of HIV-infected patients. However, they still cannot become normal level.
