摘要
对国内海水淡化浓盐水实现"零"排放的制约因素进行了介绍。通过分析,提出了解决浓盐水"零"排放制约因素的思路,以推动海水淡化产业的快速发展。
The restrictive factors on zero discharge of concentrated brine from domestic sea- water desalination are introduced. By analysis, the solutions to the restrictive factors are also put forward to promote the rapid development of desalination industry.
