翻领成型器成型原理及其三维建模程序设计

摘要 针对翻领成型器相关曲线求解烦琐,三维建模过程较为复杂的问题。首先给出影响翻领成型器成型的相关参数,并详细分析相关曲线推导原理,并在此基础上,基于VB语言对Solidworks三维设计软件进行二次开发,设计出基于翻领成型器各项参数的三维建模程序。通过这个程序,我们只要输入相关参数,系统能自动生成翻领成型器的三维模型,方便设计人员直观得查看各个参数的变化对翻领成型器最终的影响。根据需要,软件还可自动生成翻领成型器展开图,方便数控切割和钣金制造。 Based on the problem of lapel shaper for solving complicated correlation curves and 3 D modeling process complex, impact parameters of lapel shaper were firstly given and the cor- relation curve derivation principle was detailed analyzed. And on this basis, Solidworks three - di- mensional design software was based on the VB language for secondary development and three - di- mensional modeling program was designed based on various parameters of lapel shaper. Through this program, as long as inputting the correlative parameters, the system can automatically generate a three - dimensional model lapel shaper, which was easy and intuitive for designers to see the chan- ges in variouffparameters to ultimate impact of lapel shaper. According to necessary, the software can automatically generate an expanded view of lapel shaper, which was easy for CNC cutting and sheet metal fabrication.
