摘要
目的用高效液相色谱法测定林可霉素维B6乳膏中维生素B6的含量。方法色谱柱以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂;以0.04%戊烷磺酸钠溶液(用冰醋酸调节pH值至3.0)-甲醇(85:15)为流动相;检测波长为291nm;进样量:20uL。结果维生素B6在2.51~25.10ug/mL的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9998;平均回收率为99.7%,RSD为0.9%(n=9)。结论本法操作简便,灵敏,准确,专属性强,可用于林可霉素维B6乳膏中维生素B6的含量测定。
Objective To establish a method to determine the content of vitamin B6 in Lincomycin Hydrochloride and vitamin B6 cream by HPLC. Methods An HPLC analysis method was established. The column was packed with octadeeylsilyl silica gel for liquid chromatography ; the mobile phase : 0.04% sodium heptanesnlfonate solution ( adjusting pH to 3.0 with acetic acid ) -methanol (85: 15); the detection wavelength was 291 nm; injected 20 uL of the test solution. Results The calibration curves showed a good linear relationship in 2.51 - 25.10 ug/mL (r =0.999 8) for vitamin B6 ; The average recoveries of vitamin B6 was 99.7% ( RSD = 0.9%, n = 9). Conclusion The method was simple, sensitive and reproducible, and can be used for the quality control of this preparation.
