Calculationof Access Code and Packet Header in the Basic Rate Bluetooth Test

In this paper, the authors introduced the method calculating the access code and packet header ofthe Bluetooth data packet used in the modulation characteristic tests, and demonstrated the calculation process with the information from an actu- al testing system. Experiment showed that the data sequence including the access code and packet header is correctly calculat- ed and can be used in the demodulation software to locate the beginning of the data packet, thus to provide a ＇ trigger＇ for the subsequent test procedures.
