咸阳市县域城乡发展一体化水平评价

Xianyang City County Level Evaluation of the Integration of Urban and Rural Development

发展县域经济,对于解决"三农"问题、全面建成小康社会、实现城乡发展一体化具有重要意义。从城乡空间、城乡经济和城乡社会角度出发,运用多指标评价法构建咸阳市县域城乡发展一体化评价指标体系,并且利用层次分析法和均方差分析法相结合对于各基础指标赋权,由此对咸阳11县(市)2011年城乡发展一体化水平进行评价。结果表明,咸阳所辖各县的城乡发展一体化水平比较高,但是在其内部仍然存在着城镇化水平较低,就业结构不合理,城乡医疗卫生条件不均衡等一些问题。

Development of county economy, for solving the ＂three rural＂ issue, a comprehensive well-off society and realize the importance of the integration of urban and rural development. This arti- cle from the rural and urban space, urban and rural economic and social point of view, the use of multi-index evaluation method to build Xianyang City, county and rural development evaluation system integration, and the use of AHP and analysis of variance were the basis of indicators for each Combina- tion of empowerment, which survys Xianyang 11 counties （city） in 2011 to evaluate the level of devel- opment of urban and rural integrtion. The results showed that the level of integration of urban and rural development of counties under the jurisdiction of Xianyang is relatively high; but still exists in its inter- nal low level of urbanization, employment structure is irrational, unbalanced urban and rural medical and health conditions, such as some of the problems.
