股骨粗隆部骨折内固定失败的原因及其治疗措施 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究和评估再次手术植骨内固定在股骨粗隆部骨折内固定失败病例中的应用疗效。方法对2007~2012年本院收治的21例共21部位股骨粗隆部骨折内固定失败病例采取再次切开复位植骨内固定术,并进行严密的临床随访。结果到访21例,其中20例达到骨愈合(95.2%),其中15例骨折处没有疼痛,5例骨折处有轻微疼痛,所有患者均可下床活动。术后Harris评分平均89.2分。结论如果病例选择合适,操作恰当,采用再次手术植骨内固定在股骨粗隆部骨折内固定失败病例中,骨折愈合率高且髋关节功能恢复较好,是理想的选择之一。 Objective To research and evaluate curative effect of reoperation for bone grafting in internal fixation of femoral trochanteric fracture. Methods From 2007 to 2012, admitted 21 patients in our hospital a total of 21 cases of internal fixation failure of femoral trochanteric fractures again, open reduction and internal fixation with bone graft, and close clinical follow-up. Results Visited 21 cases, of which 20 cases achieved bone healing (95.2%), of which 15 were fractures without pain, 5 cases of fracture of mild pain, all the patients bed. For Harris after scoring an average of 89.2 points. Conclusion If case-choosing the right operation properly, bone grafting and internal fixation in the reoperation cases of internal fixation failure of femoral trochanteric fracture, high rates of fracture healing and functional recovery of hip is better, and it is one of the ideal choices.
