土建人才传统建筑文化素养提升探析——闽南传统建筑文化的传承与发展

A Study on the Enhancement of Traditional Architecture Culture Qualityfor the Talents of Civil and Architectural Engineering

闽南传统建筑文化有着悠久的历史和深厚的文化底蕴,泉州地区最具代表性的闽南建筑文化莫过于红砖古厝。然而如今在城市现代化的浪潮下,闽南传统建筑文化正渐渐走向消亡。根据这一现状,本文探讨了加强土建人才闽南传统建筑文化素养的培养与闽南传统建筑文化传承与发展的关系,论述了从政府投入、行业协会的作用及土建人才的继续教育诸方面来提升土建人才闽南传统建筑文化的素养,更好地传承与发扬闽南传统建筑文化。

The traditional architectural culture of Southern Fujian has enjoyed a long history together with profound culture characteristics, the most representative of which in the region of Quanzhou is no other than the ancient buildings built and decorated with red bricks.Nevertheless,due to the surging of city modernization,the traditional architectural culture in Southern Fujuan is undergoing a process of gradually diminishing. According to the status quo, this paper analyzes the relationship between the enhancement of civil and architectural engineering talents and the preservation and development of traditional architectural culture of this area. And it also discusses the countermeasures for facilitation such as government investment,the function of trade association, and continuing education to enhance traditional architectural culture achievement of civil and architectural engineering talents of Southern Fujian,whereby to better inherit and develop this area＇s traditional architectural culture.
