金双歧联合红霉素治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察金双歧联合小剂量红霉素治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的临床疗效。方法将126例喂养不耐受的早产儿随机分为对照组和实验组,两组均给予相同的常规治疗。对照组予红霉素治疗,每次5 mg/kg ,口服, q8 h,疗程5~7 d;实验组,金双歧联合红霉素治疗,红霉素用法同对照组,金双歧0.25 g, t.i.d.,口服,疗程5~7d。结果实验组患儿呕吐持续时间、腹胀持续时间、胃潴留持续时间、达到全肠道喂养时间和平均住院日均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论金双歧联合红霉素组治疗早产儿喂养不耐受的疗效明显优于单纯使用红霉素组;金双歧对治疗早产儿喂养不耐受有辅助治疗作用,可以尽快缓解早产儿喂养不耐受的症状,可以使患儿尽快达到全肠道喂养,缩短住院时间。
