摘要
为了研究掘进机后支撑腿的消失模铸造成型工艺,运用EDEM软件模拟EPC成型工艺中的振动造型过程,获取振动自由度对振动造型中干砂充填效果的影响规律.模拟结果表明:3自由度(DOF)振动的充填效果最好,2DOF自由度次之,1DOF最差;2DOF振动中又以YZ向最好,XY向最差;1DOF振动中又以Y向振动效果最好,X向次之,Z向最差.采用三维离散元法对振动造型过程进行模拟仿真研究,可快速优化干砂充填的过程,缩短产品开发周期,降低研发成本.
In order to study expendable pattern casting (EPC) process of entry-driving machine's rear supporting leg, EDEM software simulating the vibratory molding process in EPC molding technology is used to obtain the rule of degree of freedom (DOF) vibration's influence upon dry sand filling effect in the vibration model. The simulation results show that.. 3 DOF vibration reveals the best filling effect,2 DOF the second,1 DOF the worst^of 2 DOF vibration,YZ shows the best, XY the worst;and of I DOF vibration,Y illustrates the best'vibration effect, followed by X and Z. Using three-dimensional discrete element method to simulate the vibration model process in the simulation research can rapidly optimize dry sand filling process, shorten the product development cycle, and reduce the development costs.
