基于PLC和WinCC的机械手与传送带控制系统设计

Design of the manipulator and conveyor control system based on PLC and WinCC

针对机械手与传送带系统的监控问题,结合PLC和WinCC组态的特点,设计了基于PLC和WinCC的机械手与传送带控制系统.系统利用WinCC组态软件创建人机交互界面对系统进行实时监控,同时建立过程值归档及相应的数据库以便查阅系统数据.实验验证表明,监控系统达到了设计要求.

Aiming at the problems of monitoring and controlling the manipulator and conveyor system, combined with characteristics of PLC and WinCC configuration, the manipulator and conveyor control system based on PLC and WinCC was designed. The system establishes human-computer interacting in- terface to real-time monitor and control the system on real-time based on WinCC configuration. Besides, the system offers an convenient access to consulting the archiving data of the system through collecting processing data and establishing corresponding database. The experiments prove that the system meets the requirements for monitoring and controlling.
