摘要
通过三维运动学和表面肌电遥测仪器对咏春拳专家选手日字冲拳进行分析,为咏春拳劲力特征分析和科学化训练提供数据支撑.发现上肢远端肌肉先激活,近端肌肉随后激活的肌肉激活方式,并在冲拳最后阶段多处肌肉处于共激活状态.上肢远端肌肉最先激活,体现传统武术理论中"稍节领劲"的发力特点;冲拳过程中上肢对侧肌肉适度参与协调,为咏春拳高级阶段左右两侧进行不同动作的技术打好基础;冲拳末期(肘关节接近伸直)身体下肢、躯干、上肢多处肌肉共激活,有利于提高击打目标瞬间有效质量,增强日字冲拳技击效果.
By using three-dimensional kinematics and surface electromyography telemetry instrument to analyze the characteristic of Wing Chun Rizi punching,this paper aims to provide data support for punc- hing features and scientific training of Wing Chun. Upper extremity muscles were found to activate at first, then proximal muscle, and in the final stage of punch multiple muscles were presented co-activated. The fact that distal upper extremity muscle was first activated displays the special force characteristics of traditional Wushu theory;in the process of punching,contralateral muscle of upper arm was in moderate coordination,which lays a good foundation for different action on both sides in the advanced stage of Wing Chun^at the end of punch (the elbow close to straight) many muscles of the trunk,upper and low- er limb were co-activated,improving the effecty when hitting the target and enhancing attack effect.
