第十一届全运会男子跳远倒二步及起跳技术运动学分析

Kinematics Analysis about Last but two steps and Take-off Technique of Men's Long jump in 11th National Games

本文以第十一届全运会男子跳远前五名的倒二步及起跳阶段技术特征为研究对象,研究发现我国新一代优秀跳远运动员技术特点符合该项目技术特征和发展趋势,但存在绝对速度慢、倒二步节奏变化大、快速起跳能力不足等问题,希望通过该研究能使教练员明确训练重点,指导运动员科学训练。

This research takes the top five men＇s technical characteristic of last but one steps and take--off stage in llth National Games as the research object. And then find that the technical characteristic of a new generation of excellent long jump athletes in our country corresponds to the technical characteristics and development trend,But it has some drawbacks,such as slow absolute speed, change of pace in last but one steps and lacking the ability to quickly jump. Hope that through this study can make the coaches find a clear training focus and guide the athletes scientific training.
