摘要
本文用模糊数学的观点对玻璃形成行为进行了探讨。认为玻璃形成不可采用Uhlmann等人提出的逻辑是非分类,而应该是模糊分类。经过对Uhlmann等人的动力学计算方法的分析,得出粘度是影响玻璃形成的关键因素,从而提出了一种只需结晶上限温度及其粘度的简化动力学计算方法,提出了新的玻璃形成分类法,并进行了验证。本计算方法可适合于复杂组元的熔体玻璃形成能力的判断。
Glass formation character has been discussed with a fuzzy mathematical idea. It is believed that glass formation can't be distinguished by 'yes/no'logic held by Uhlmann et al.. It should be discriminated by a fuzzy logic. After analyzing the glass for-mation kinetics advanced by Uhlmann et al., it is found that viscosity is the key parameter for glass formation. In view of the above results, a glass formation kinetic calculation method simplified only with the upper limit of crystallization temperature and the viscosity at this temperature has been put forward and a new fuzzy distin-guishing method has been developed. This method has been verified and can be used for discrimination of glass formation in complex multicomponent systems.
