论科技社区的建设——以苏州国家高新区狮山社区为例

On the Construction of the Sci-tech Community:A Case of Shishan Neighborhood,Suzhou National Hi-tech District

社区建设和发展是中国城镇化、城市化、城市现代化过程中面临的一个现实问题,也是发展中国特色社会主义的一项基础性工作。社区建设应围绕"智慧生活、平安生活、低碳生活"主旨,大力推广科普知识,集中推进一批先进适用技术的集成示范以及推广公共事业新产品的应用。通过建设一批"新知识普及、新技术示范、新产品应用"的三新科技社区,让科技创新成果惠及广大社区居民。科技社区的建设可从社区功能、社区居家养老、社区安防管理、社区居民医疗服务和档案管理等方面入手。通过科技社区项目的实施,一方面可以提高社区内的主体对科技社区建设的参与热情和贡献精神;另一方面,所有的社区主体可平等地享受因科技社区的建设而带来的益处。

Community building and community development, which are the basic work of development of socialism with Chinese characteristics, are real problems China faces in the process of urbanization and city modernization. A round the theme of ＂wisdom life, peaceful life and low carbon life＂, we should promote scientific knowledge, con- centrated and integrated demonstration of advanced and applicable technologies and the application of new product u- tilities, and should build a number of ＂new knowledge, new technology demonstration, application of new product＂ （aka Sanxin） technology communities, and should make the achievement of the innovation of sci-tech benefit the majority of community residents. The construction of sci-tech communities can be commenced from community functions, community home care, community security management, community medical service and archives man- agement. Through the implementation of sci-tech community projects, we can raise the enthusiasm and contribution of the members within the community to participate in the construction of sci-tech communities. Besides, all the community members can be equally benefited by the construction of sci-tech communities.
