摘要
为了量化湄州湾潮间带大型底栖动物群落的结构和多样性特征,分别于2010年10月和2011年4月对湄州湾7个断面高、中、低潮间带的大型底栖动物进行了取样调查。研究结果表明,湄州湾潮间带大型底栖动物以软体动物、环节动物和节肢动物为主,优势种类包括珠带拟蟹守螺(Cerithidea cingulata)、杂色伪沙蚕(Pseudonereis variegata)和小头虫(Capitella capitata)等。2010年10月,湄州湾潮间带大型底栖动物的平均物种丰富度为(8.21±2.04)种,丰度和生物量分别为(91±80)ind./m2和(73.9±78.8)g/m2;2011年4月,平均物种丰富度为(6.76±2.90)种,丰度和生物量分别为(195±220)ind./m2和(45.8±58.0)g/m2。4月和10月大型底栖动物的群落结构明显不同;大型底栖动物4月的多样性、生物量等通常低于10月,但丰度更高。此外,湄州湾潮间带大型底栖动物的群落结构特征、生物量和丰度在各采样断面的高、中、低潮区的变化规律不一致。
To quantify the characteristics of structure and diversity of macrozoobenthos in the intertidal zones in Meizhou Bay, China, the samples were collected in the low, middle and high tidal regions in intertidal zones from 7 sections in October 2010 and April 2011. The results showed that Mollusca, Annelida and Ar- thropoda were the dominant components of the macrozoobenthos communities there, with Cerithidea cingula- ta, Pseudonereis variegate, CapiteUa capitata and others as the dominant species. Average species richness, abundance and biomass were (8.21 ± 2.04) species, (91 ± 80) individual/m2 and (73.9 ± 78.8) g/m2 in April 2011, and (6.76 ± 2.90), (195 ± 220) individual/m2 and (45.8 ± 58.0) g/m2 in October 2010, respectively. There were significant differences in macrozoobentho community structure between in April 2011 and in October 2010; species diversity and biomass were lower, while species abundance was higher in April 2011 than those in October 2010. Furthermore, the pattern of variation in community structure, biomass and abundance of mac- rozoobenthos differed among different sampling sites in the low, middle and high tidal regions in intertidal zones in Meizhou Bay.
