摘要
针对风储联合系统给电网带来的不确定性因素使得输电网规划更加复杂的问题,采用直接法,根据历史或预测数据,对风电场出力进行了分段线性化处理,电网中其他火电机组按照最优经济调度原则配合风电场进行出力,建立了以全网效益最大化为目标的输电网规划模型。算例以风电场典型日出力曲线为基础,选用改进IEEE-18节点系统,利用人工鱼群算法对所建模型进行求解。算例分析表明,在风电场中投入储能设备能够减少输电网扩建线路长度,减小风电场出力的波动,提高电网效益,具有可行性。
The network planning model considers the uncertainties brought by the combined wind and storage system (CWS). Based on historical or forecast data, piecewise linear strategy is used to simplify wind power output. Other thermal power units coordinate the CWS with the best principle of economic dispatch. This paper establishes a planning model of the transmission network to maximum the benefit of the grid. The model uses wind farm typical daily output curve and is solved by the artificial fish swarm algorithm, verified by modified IEEE-18 system. Case study verifies that using energy storage devices can reduce the investment of transmission grid, the volatility of wind farm output, improving the economy of the power system effectively.
