摘要
为了推导出简单、实用、准确的油气管道垂直弹性敷设弯曲应力计算公式,研究了国内外油气管道规范中弯曲应力的计算公式,分析了原有公式的适用性和在计算中存在的不足。在此基础上,根据结构力学理论,从平断面假定出发,采用微积分方法重新推导了油气管道垂直弹性敷设弯曲应力计算公式,并用ANSYS有限元软件对公式的准确性进行了验证。研究结果表明:推导公式理论充分、简单易用、适用性好,能够准确计算油气管道垂直弹性敷设的弯曲应力。研究结果为油气管道垂直弹性敷设弯曲应力的计算提供了可靠依据,弥补了国内外油气管道规范中垂直弹性敷设弯曲应力计算公式的不足。(图4,表1,参9)
In order to derive a simple, practical and accurate bending stress formula for vertical elastic laying pipeline, bending stress formulas in the pipeline standards at home and abroad are studied carefully, and the applicability and shortage of the existing formulas are analyzed. In view of that, according to the structure mechanics theory and starting from the plane section assumption, this paper re-derives the bending stress formula for vertical elastic laying pipeline using calculus and uses ANSYS finite element software to verify the accuracy of this formula. The result shows that the derived formula based on solid theory, is simple with high applicability, and can accurately calculate the bending stress of vertical elastic laying pipeline. This research provides a reliable tool to the calculation of bending stress for vertical elastic laying pipeline and makes up for the shortage of previous bending stress formulas for vertical elastic laying pipeline in the pipeline standards at home and abroad.
