摘要
目的探讨根管治疗术与干髓术应用治疗牙髓炎的效果情况。方法分析2009年1月—2012年1月口腔内科收治的180例牙髓炎患者临床资料,依据治疗措施不同进行临床随机分组,治疗I组(根管治疗组)90例和治疗II组(干髓术治疗组)90例。结果治疗II组和治疗I组牙髓炎患者临床治疗有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论根管治疗术与干髓术治疗牙髓炎患者临床疗效明显,应根据牙髓炎特点选择合适的治疗方式进行治疗。
Objective To investigate the effect of root canal therapy and pulp mummification on pulpitis. Methods The clinical data of 180 cases of patients with pulpitis admitted in Department of Stomatology from January, 2009 to January, 2012 were randomly divided into Group I （root canal therapy group） of 90 cases and group II （mummification of pulp treatment group） of 90 cases according to different treatment. Results There was no statistically significant difference between Group II and group I in the clinical effective rate, P〉0.05. Conclusion The clinical effect of root canal therapy and pulp mummification on pulpitis is significant, proper treatment should be chosen according to the characteristics of pulpitis.
