手术室环境护理在椎管内麻醉手术中的应用价值研究

Application Value of Operating Room Environment Nursing in Intrathecal Anesthesia Operation

目的探讨研究手术室环境护理在椎管内麻醉手术中的应用价值。方法将在该院接受椎管内麻醉手术的患者纳入研究,随机分为给予手术室环境护理的观察组和常规护理的对照组,观察麻醉诱导前的负面情绪及做手术切口时的血流动力学指标。结果观察组患者的HAMA评分、HAMD评分以及收缩压、舒张压、心率低于对照组。结论手术室环境护理有助于缓解负面情绪、稳定生命体征,具有积极的临床价值。

Objective To study the application value of operating room environment nursing in intrathecal anesthesia. Methods Patients received intrathecal anesthesia operation in our hospital were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given operating room environment nursing, and the control group was given conventional nursing. Then negative emotions before anesthesia induction and hemodynamic indexes when doing operation incision were observed. Results HAMA score, HAMD score and SBP, DBP, HR of the observation group were lower than those of the control group. Conclusion Operating room environment nursing has positive clinical value for it can alleviate the negative emotions and stabilize the vital signs of the patients.
