颠胃酸口服液中熊果酸的含量测定

Content detection of ursolic acid in dianweisuan oral liquid

目的：建立颠胃酸口服液中熊果酸的含量测定方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱：Dia-monsil-C18柱（250 mm ＆#215;4．6 mm,5μm ）；流动相：甲醇-水（88∶12）；检测波长210 nm,进样量20μL,流速1．0 mL/min,柱温25℃。结果熊果酸在2．1~63．0μg/mL 范围内线性关系良好,y=1．7935x＋0．5282（r=0．9998）,回收率为98．9%,RSD=1．48%（n=9）。结论所建方法便捷、专属性强,适用于颠胃酸口服液中熊果酸的含量测定。

Objective To establish the content detection method of ursolic acid in dianweisuan oral liquid. Methods HPLC method was used with Diamonsil-C18 column （250 mm ＆#215; 4. 6 mm,5 μm）,the mobile phase was methyl alcohol and water （88∶12）,the detection wavelength was at 210 nm,injection volume was 20 μL,column tem-perature was 25 ℃and flow rate was 1. 0 mL/min. Results Ursolic acid curve was liner within a range of 2. 1 ~63. 0 μg/mL,liner equation was y=1. 793 5 x＋0. 528 2（r=0. 999 8）,the average recovery was 98. 9% with RSD of 1. 48%（n=9）. Conclusion The established method is simple and with good reproducibility,could be further used to investigate the determination of ursolic acid in dianweisuan oral liquid.
