摘要 对复杂精馏系统模拟的程序结构进行模块化处理,将系统分解成由塔段、换热器、进料板和分流器等模块组成的树状多层模型,采用集合算法对精馏塔段模块进行简化,在Matlab平台上编程并进行联立求解.将此模拟程序用于Petlyuk热偶精馏流程和空分热耦合流程,模拟结果表明:采用结构化建模的方法,建模过程逻辑简单,模块复用性高;引入集合算法后模型的方程和变量数都明显减少,且对精馏结果的预测较为准确. In order to build program in modular structure, the complex distillation system simulation program was divided into dendritical layers which vias made up of column section module, heat exchanger module, feed tray module and splitter module. The column section module was replaced by a shortcut model based on the group method. The program was written in equation oriented by the Matlab. This method was used to simulate the Petlyuk thermal- coupled distillation sequence and thermo-coupled air separation unit. The simulation results indicated that the logic modeling process become simple. The number of equation and variables are significantly reduced and the improved group method shows more accurate predictions for the distillation results.
