摘要 以MnO2/Al2O3为催化剂,采用微波催化氧化技术处理活性艳红X-3B染料废水.试验考察了催化剂用量、辐照时间、辐照功率和初始质量浓度等因素对处理效果的影响.试验得出了最佳处理工艺条件:催化剂用量150g/L,微波辐照功率560W,辐照时间3min,该工艺对500mg/L染料废水的脱色率为87.18%,TOC去除率为64.14%.动力学研究表明:该反应过程符合一级反应动力学规律,其动力学方程为lnCt=-0.368 2t+5.296 0,反应速率常数为0.368 2/min,反应的半衰期为1.882 5min. By using MnO2/A1203 as catalyst, the Microwave Catalytic Oxidation Technique was used to treat reactive red X-3B dye wastewater. The effects of the amount of catalyst, irradiation time, radiated power, and initial concentration were investigated. The experiment derived the best treatment conditions, the amount of catalyst 150 g/L, the radiation time 3min, microwave power 560 W and at this time, the decolorization rate of 500 mg/L dye wastewater can come up to 87.18%, and TOC removal rate reached up to 64.14%. Kinetics study indicated that the reaction process accords with the first order reaction kinetics. The rate equation was given as follows: lnCt=-0. 368 2t+5. 296 0, reaction velocity constant is 0. 368 2 /min, half life is 1. 882 5 min.
