思想政治教育的对象是人,而人作为一个现实存在体,其行为既受理性因素的影响,又受非理性因素的影响。理性并非人的一切行为支点,它更受情感、道德、意志等因素的影响,因此,提高思想政治教育有效性的途径,必须要把非理性因素纳入其建设的重要维度。
