关于加强中职学前教育专业建设改革的探索——以葫芦岛市一职专为例

On Strengthening the Professional Construction of Preschool Education Reform in Secondary Vocational SchoolsA Vocational School——Taking Huludao City as an Example

当前,随着国家以及各级政府部门对学前教育的重视和发展,学前教育人才培养质量日显突出,如何培养适应新时期学前教育需求的高素质幼儿教师,加强学前教育专业建设改革是关键所在。笔者以所在学校为例,从园校合作机制建设、人才培养模式与课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、服务产业能力等几个方面对如何加强中职学校学前教育专业建设进行了深入探讨。

At present, with the development of the government departments at all levels and the state＆#39;s attention to the preschool educa-tion, the training quality of preschool education talents is becoming more and more serious. How to cultivate high-quality teachers meet the social needs in the new era , is the key to construct specialist construction. The author takes her school as an example, discusses how to strengthen specialist construction of preschool education in secondary vocational school from the perspective of collaboration with kindergarten and school , cultivation model , curriculum reform , construction of teacher staff and service ability .
