摘要
正确的短跑摆臂技术有维持身体在运动中的平衡,增加两腿蹬摆力量,提高蹬摆速度,调高步长和步频的作用。在教学实践中,此技术完成得好的学生却很少。究其原因,概念不清楚是关键。在"两臂以肩为轴"的基础上,必须强调以胸锁关节为支点,臂应随同肩带一起运动。
The correct swing arm in sprint has many functions , such as maintaining balance , increasing the strength of legs , improving speed , enhancing frequency and step length . In practical teaching , this technique has not yet done well . Mainly it is because students don't know the concept of it . Based on Arms Swing around the Shoulders , this paper emphasizes that student should take sternoclavicular joint as fulcrum and arms swing up with shoulder girdle.
