摘要
饭店核心员工流失给饭店造成很多不利影响,不仅造成饭店招聘、业务、培训等显性成本上升,而且有损饭店的士气、声望,给饭店造成巨大的隐性成本损失。现阶段饭店应建立现代人力资源管理制度,以留住饭店核心员工,提升饭店的竞争力。本文主要是关于控制饭店核心员工自愿流失策略的研究,先是分析了饭店核心员工流失的原因,接着论述了留住饭店核心员工的人力资源管理策略,以期对留住饭店核心员工、提升饭店的持续经营能力提供自己的一点建议。
The job-hopping of core workforces can cause many bad effects , such as rising costs in the recruitment , operation and training , as well as invisible costs , such as morale and reputation. In modern times , restaurant should establish modern human resource manage-ment system in order to keep the core person and promote the competitiveness . This paper mainly talks about the control strategy of job-hopping, firstly analyzes the reason for job-hopping , then discusses the strategy how to keep the workforces in order to improve sus-tainable business ability.
