Developing rural tourism has positive effect on effectively solving the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and peasants, strengthening the communication between urban and rural areas, optimizing the structure of tourism industry, and promoting the con-struction of harmonious socialist society. Under the circumstances of＆quot;Sanhua＆quot;coordinating development, Henan rural tourism develop-ment is affected by modern urban construction, industry cluster, transformation of government functions, structural changes of rural indus-try, etc, which brings new opportunities to Henan rural tourism with a sensible change in the sustaining and supporting systems. The key to realizing the great-leap-forward development of Henan rural tourism is to make full use of the positive effects rural tourism brings about and promote the sustainable development of rural tourism.
