奥氮平联合抗甲状腺药物治疗原发性甲亢所致精神障碍的疗效

Efficacy of Olanzapine Combined with Antithyroid Drug to Treatment of Primary Hyperthyroidism Caused by Mental Disorders

目的:探讨奥氮平治疗原发性甲亢所致精神障碍的疗效及安全性。方法:将68例原发性甲亢所致精神障碍患者分为奥氮平组和奋乃静组各34例,分别予奥氮平和奋乃静联合抗甲状腺药物治疗6周;采用简明精神病量表(BPRS-18项)及不良反应症状量表(TESS)进行评定,测定血促甲状腺激素(TSH)、三碘甲状腺元氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离三碘甲状腺元氨酸(FT3)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)的结果。结果:6周末,奥氮平组精神障碍病情显效率为73.53%高于奋乃静组的47.06%(P<0.05);奥氮平组的T4、FT4恢复快于奋乃静组(P均<0.05);奥氮平组TESS总分低于奋乃静组(χ2=1.581,P<0.05)。结论:奥氮平联合抗甲状腺药物治疗原发性甲亢所致精神障碍安全有效,不良反应轻微。

Objective ：To explore of efficacy and safety of olanzapine treatment of primary hyperthyroidism caused by mental disorders .Methods ：A total of 68 patients of primary hyperparathyroidism of caused by mental disorders were randomly divided into the olanzapine group and Perphenazine group each 34 cases ,continuous treatment for 6 weeks . Efficacy and adverse events were assessed with the Using Brief Psychiatric Rating Scale （BPRS-18） and with the ad-verse reactions Symptom Scale（TESS） were assessed ,and Determine serum thyroid-stimulating hormone （TSH） ,triio-dothyronine yuan acid （T3 ） ,thyroxine （T4 ） ,free three the results of thyroid iodine per acid （FT3 ） ,free thyroxine （FT4 ） values .Results：Total effective rate of olanzapine group was 73 .53% and perphenazine group 47 .06% was sig-nificant difference （P〈0 .05） ,at the end of 6 week .T4 ,FT4 recover faster than the perphenazine group （P〈0 .05）;TESS scores of olanzapine group lower than perphenazine group （χ2 =1 .581 ,P〈0 .05） .Conclusion：Olanzapine com-bined treatment of primary hyperthyroidism with antithyroid drugs is safe and effective mental disorders due to adverse reactions were mild .
