Discussion on CBCT Three-Dimensional Imaging Technology in Dental Implantation

目的研究CBCT三维成像技术在口腔种植术中的适应证,分析其临床效果,寻找合适的应用方法。方法选取2012年3月至2013年3月一年间在我院进行口腔种植的患者82例,回顾性分析其临床资料,分为观察组47例和对照组35例,观察组应用CBCT三维成像技术,对照组应用传统的CT治疗。结合CBCT三维成像原理及其在种植术前诊断、术中指导及术后效果,与传统CT种植效果相比探讨CBCT三维成像技术在口腔种植术中的临床效果、应用价值、优越性等。结果观察组患者口腔种植手术时间明显短于对照组,出血量也较少,观察组患者的手术成功率更高,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBCT三维成像技术能够为口腔种植术前检查提供有用资料,手术所用时间短,创伤小,成功率高,大大减轻了患者的痛苦,值得口腔临床应用。

Objective To study the indications of CBCT three-dimensional imaging technology in dental implantation, and analyze its clinical effect, so as to find out the right methods. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with dental implantation in our hospital from March 2012 to March 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were divided into two groups. 47 cases of observation group were treated with CBCT three-dimensional imaging technology, while 35 cases of control group were treated with traditional CT. The effects of preoperative diagnosis, intraoperative guidance and postoperative results were compared between two groups to explore the clinical effect, clinical value and superiority of CBCT three-dimensional imaging technology. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter time of dental implant surgery, less amount of bleeding and higher operation success rate, and the differences between two groups were statistically significant （all P〈0.05）. Conclusions CBCT three-dimensional imaging technology can provide useful information for the preoperative examination of dental implantation. It is effective to shorten operation time, reduce operative wound, improve success rate and reduce patients＇ pain, which is worthy of clinical application in stomatology.
