摘要
目的探讨分析布地奈德氧气雾化吸入对慢阻肺急性发作期患者胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数的影响。方法选择我院2012年7月至2013年6月收治的80例慢阻肺急性发作期患者的临床资料进行回顾性整理。按治疗方法分为观察组和对照组两组,每组40例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在与对照组相同治疗的基础上应用布地奈德氧气雾化吸入,观察两组患者的胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数的变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数均明显高于治疗前,两组间比较,观察组改善幅度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为97.5%,显著高于对照组的72.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论慢阻肺急性发作期患者采用布地奈德氧气雾化吸入,可有效改善患者胸肺顺应性及气体交换参数,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of atomizing inhalation of Budesonide on lung-thorax compliance and gas exchange parameters of patients at acute exacerbation stage of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods The clinical data of 80 patients at acute exacerbation stage of COPD in our hospital from July 2012 to June 2013 were analyzed retrospectively. All cases were divided into two groups, with 40 cases in each group. Patients in the control group received routine therapy, while patients in the observation group received atomizing inhalation of Budesonide on the basis of therapy of control group. The lung-thorax compliance and changes of gas exchange parameters of two groups were observed. Results Both groups had improved lung-thorax compliance and gas exchange parameters after therapy; and the observation group had better improvements than the control group (P 〈0.05). The total effective rate of observation group was 97.5%, significantly higher than 72.5% of control group, and the difference between two groups were statistically significant (P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference between two groups in adverse reaction (P 〉0.05). Conclusions For patients at acute exacerbation stage of COPD, atomizing inhalation of Budesonide can effectively improve patients' lung-thorax compliance and gas exchange parameters, and improve therapeutic effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
