闭合复位经皮克氏针张力带内固定治疗髌骨骨折效果观察

Effect of Closed Reduction and Percutaneous Internal Fixation with Kirschner Wire and Tension Band in the Treatment of Patellar Fracture

目的探讨髌骨骨折患者行经皮克氏针张力带内固定闭合复位治疗的临床效果。方法取我院骨科收治的髌骨骨折患者40例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与实验组各20例,对照组行切开复位普通克氏针固定,实验组行经皮带孔克氏针张力带内固定,对比两组的治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组患者治疗优良率更高,组间差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于髌骨骨折患者而言,闭合复位经皮克氏针张力带内固定治疗方案效果确切,创伤性较小,骨折愈合较快,关节面良好复位,实现了真正有效、微创的复位内固定,具有较高的安全性,值得推广使用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with Kirschner wire and tension band in the treatment of patellar fracture. Methods 40 patients with patellar fracture in our hospital were selected as the research object and randomly divided into two groups, with 20 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with open reduction and fixation with common Kirschner wire, while patients in the experimental group were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with Kirschner wire with a hole and tension band. The clinical effects of two groups were compared. Results The excellent and good rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions For patients with patellar fracture, the clinical effect of closed reduction and percutaneous internal fixation with Kirschner wire and tension band is definite. It has less invasive, fast healing, good reduction of articular surface and high safety, which achieves a truly effective and minimally invasive reduction and internal fixation and deserves clinical application.
